Outback Armour suspension kits are designed and engineered in Australia to provide the strength, durability and reliability required for demanding off-road conditions.
Adjustable internal bypass provides 20+ stages of velocity sensitive tuning of damping control. Dial in the front and rear adjustments as and when required to suit the accessories or cargo loads, terrain, conditions and personal comfort preferences.

- Decrease bypass (+) for control
This complete rear “expedition xhd” kit suits vehicles with very heavy constant load carrying requirements. Refer to the load deflection graph provided to ensure that the vehicle is set up within the appropriate operating range for height and load

The maximum recommended ride height for this shock, measured from the centre of the wheel to the guard is 625mm.

Expedition XHD: Outback Armour leaf springs are designed and engineered for Australia's toughest environments. Manufactured from high endurance chromium alloy material to maximize comfort, handling and load carrying. Outback Armour "Expedition XHD" leaf springs are designed for lift with constant very heavy load carrying capabilities.
Greasable Pins: Manufactured from hardened steel, Outback Armour greasable pins offer the benefit of extended service life of your polyurethane bushings.
Greasable Shackles: Manufactured from hardened steel, Outback Armour greasable shackles offer the benefit of extended service life of your polyurethane bushings.
