Outback Armour suspension kits are designed and engineered in Australia to provide the strength, durability and reliability required for demanding off-road conditions.

Adjustable internal bypass provides 20+ stages of velocity sensitive tuning of damping control. Dial in the front and rear adjustments as and when required to suit the accessories or cargo loads, terrain, conditions and personal comfort preferences.

This complete rear “expedition hd” kit suits vehicles with heavy constant load carrying requirements. Refer to the load deflection graph provided to ensure that the vehicle is set up within the appropriate operating range for height and load.

Adjustable Bypass - Rear Shock: These struts feature adjustable internal bypass valving. With over 30 stage adjustment selection, easily set the valve responsiveness to suit your vehicles setup with the performance and handling for the way you want to drive.

Designed and engineered in Australia. 50mm body with a 30mm high-flow performance piston and heavy duty multi-disc valving. Nitrogen gas over semi-synthetic oil to reduce fade at high temperatures. 18mm hard chromed piston rod for strength along with a high temperature, multi-lip viton seal. Supplied with all parts required for fitting including rubber bushes.

The maximum recommended ride height for this shock absorber, measured from the centre of the wheel to the guard is 620mm.

Outback Armour "Expedition HD" leaf springs are designed for lift with constant load carrying capabilities.

M14 x 84 ID (RND) x 215 L: Manufactured from hardened steel, Outback Armour u-bolts are specifically designed to be the correct length for its nominated leaf pack which means no trimming after fitment.
