ADR & winch compatible and rated for a 12,000lb low mount winch.
808-01: 1.5mm thick stainless tube with 76.2mm centre tube diameter, 50.8mm shoulder tubes diameter with standard two aerial mounts. Made of 304 stainless steel structural grade which retain a higher level of ductility (the ability to absorb energy and deform without breaking) than 316 marine grade. This means 304 can remain stronger and absorb more energy in an accident.
Bar constructed of 3mm thick steel, three pieces fully welded together in black powder coat finished standard. With a large 90mm high air pan with front opening port to access winch clutch lever.
Comes with separate integrated winch and bullbar bracket.
4.5mm thick internal bar mounting flanges with 3.5mm wing bracing plates.
Durable polyurethane override rubbers.
Designed to maximize approach and departure angles with high clearance side wings and frontal pan.
Reinforce hi-lift jack lifting points for easy recovery operations.
Two pre drilled light mounting points on top of bullbar can fit up to 28 inch LED light bar or 7 inch LED round lights under the centre loop.
Standard recessed light inserts with 95mm diameter halogen fog lights (h16).
LED daytime running lights with dimmer function for park lights and LED indicators lights.
4 pre-drilled universal front parking sensor position with rubber blanking grommets 21.5mm diameter.
